To fulfil our objectives within HSSE&Q – and to encourage continuous improvements – a co-ordinated work method is required based on a common working model. This is what is referred to as a management system.
The system contains processes, policies, procedures, instructions, job descriptions and more – to ensure there are clear instructions about what has to be done, when, how and by whom. Nynas' management system is based on the following international standards: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (health and safety).
In 2021, Nynas was re-certified in accordance with the three standards. The next re-certification process takes place in 2024.
Our management system is closely linked to Factory Production Control (FPC) for Bitumen CE marking as well as Laboratory Accreditation ISO 17025.
