NYTEX 840 EVO Nynas Tyre Oil is a high viscosity, naphthenic tyre oil, with excellent solvent power and very good low temperature properties.
NYTEX 840 EVO exhibit the same performance and specification as our legacy grade NYTEX 840 but with significantly reduced Product Carbon Footprint, PCF.
NYTEX 840 is a high viscosity naphthenic tyre oil, with excellent solvent power, very good low temperature properties, and a glass transition temperature (Tg) similar to Treaded Distillate Aromatic Extract-types. But this is not where is it ends. Its naphthenic solvency ensures good compatibility with a range of synthetic and natural rubber polymers, and its low volatility makes it suitable for most polymer compounding and processing operations.
NYTEX 840 can be used in a wide range of applications in the rubber and tyre industries. Suitable for use in different parts of the tyre, such as tread or sidewall-compound, it contributes to excellent winter performance and low rolling resistance, while not compromising on safety.
