Supply Chain in new hands

Agile supply chains can adapt to changing customer demands. This flexibility differentiates Nynas in a competitive market, notes Natalia Martinez, the company’s new Vice President of Supply Chain.

Corporate supply chains are becoming increasingly important in terms of economic efficiency, customer proximity and overall competitiveness, particularly given today's international tensions.

“A well-managed supply chain is better equipped to handle disruptions, whether due to natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, or pandemics,” says Natalia Martinez, who recently assumed the role of Vice President Supply Chain at Nynas.

And the environmental aspect?

“Sustainable supply chain practices, such as minimising waste, reducing carbon footprints, and using renewable energy sources will help us meet regulatory requirements and consumer expectations.”

In this context, she highlights Nynas' circular economy model, where products are reused, remanufactured or recycled.

Natalia has a long and broad experience, from customer service to leadership positions in the supply area. Additionally, she was previously Technical Manager Electrical Industry.

But now it is time for a new step with great challenges, but also opportunities.

“Agile supply chains can adapt to changing customer demands, allowing for greater customisation of products and services. This flexibility differentiates Nynas in a competitive market.”
