Strong customer confirmation: 87% of Nynas customers view us as a reliable partner

Nynas close relationships with our partners and high product quality drive customer satisfaction, according to a recent survey.

Customer focus is central to every aspect of Nynas operations. The latest customer survey results confirm that the company continues to deliver high value, driven by excellent product quality, dedicated people and ease of doing business.

“Our customers know they can rely on us,” says Annika Girod, Nynas Marketing Director. “From product consistency to responsive service, we’re proud to offer more than just a technical solution – we offer a real partnership.”

The survey highlights product quality as a central pillar of the customer experience, with respondents praising Nynas for delivering consistent, high-performing products that meet a variety of needs. One customer noted, “Quality is consistently good. No complaints for years!”

Sustainability also emerged as a key consideration, with Nynas receiving positive remarks for its proactive stance on sustainable solutions.

With a customer effort score of 86, the company ranks at the top benchmark level. Survey feedback described employees as “exceptionally helpful,” “solution-oriented,” and “committed,” reflecting a people- first approach that underpins our daily operations.

“Trust and transparency are embedded in everything we do. We’re especially encouraged to see that 87% of our customers view us as a reliable partner – that trust is the foundation of our long-term collaborations,” adds Annika Girod, noting that while the results are overwhelmingly positive, there’s always room to improve.

“Addressing the negative input in the survey is equally important as being motivated by the positive feedback.”
